1. Tadasana (Mountain pose)
Often parents
worry about the height of their children, Tadasana can be very effective for
its remedy.
This is another
useful posture to increase the height. When done on the head, it is called
Shirshasan. By doing this asana, there is tension in the muscles of the body,
due to which the length of the body increases.
3. Chakrasana (Wheel Pose)
It is called wheel
pose because the shape of the body is like a wheel in this posture. By
regularizing this asana, the spine becomes strong. Body parts like waist,
abdomen, arms, legs, knees and bones become strong. Fat and fat decreases and
body length increases.
4. Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)
Benefit reaches
from the body to the feet by this asana. By doing this daily, the length of the
body increases, by regularizing this asana, it keeps the spine long when you
are standing, sitting or walking, which increases the length.
5. Sarvangasana ( Shoulder stand yoga pose)
If you are not
able to do headstand, then you can do Sarvangasana. It also helps in reducing
weight along with increasing height. Along with this, the whole body remains
healthy.
